I am slowly get there with my anxiety. I will never be 100% anxious free and will still make trips to GPs when needed.

I have learnt to regulate my cortisol levels which can cause anxiety to go up and down.

Not Googling has also help a lot and getting enough sleep, by switching off to the computer, gaming machine way before I go to bed and cutting down of the caffeine after a certain time does help.

I,m glad you are feeling better.

How have you managed to regulate your cortisol level? Don't hear many people mention that its usually adrenaline. Don't know how to tell which had s high to be honest. Best wishes ruth

Watching what I eat, think about how to sleep carefully at night make sure you sleep pattern in not mess up. I notice that my anxiety was worst a few years ago about it was probably down to cortisol or too much googling.
