Appropriate medication

What medication is appropriate for daily use of my headaches? I dont want anything that will make my anxiety worse..

Panadol is very safe. Though I was told for headaches if you take it all the time it can actually give you headaches. Go figure!

A while back I had constant mild headaches and was always popping panadol. When I learned the above I resisted more often and my headaches reduced quite a bit.

How often did you take panadol? I get pretty sore migraines, but panadol seems to help

I try to take it only when desperate as I had a habit for a while of taking it with even a hint of a headache.

I don't get migraines thank goodness. I can't imagine panadol would do much for a migraine based on how people describe them?

Did it increase your anxiety at all?

Well it sometimes helps if I take it in time, otherwise it doesnt and I end up vomiting.. Then it goes

Panadol doesn't affect anxiety as far as I am aware but it might if you are anxious about taking tablets. So you may increase your own anxiety but the panadol itself won't.
