Ready to introduce myself!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself

To cut a veryong story short, I suffer badly from health anxiety along with GAD, depression and social phobia.
Iv had anxiety and panic attacks most of my life but it all got out of control after the death of my mam.
Iv since had two beautiful children and I want so badly to get better for them!
I don't want them to pick up my anxiety habits!
My HA has recently hit the roof so here I am...
