Feeling hot

Does anyone else get times where they feel warm and sweaty for no real reason? Today its overcast and we have windows open to air the house but i feel quite warm. Ive just had my landlords up to renew the tennancy and was a bit anxious about that so logically it could be from that however my mind is screaming youve got cancer at me :( Help please xx

I am going through Globus and IBS (I think at the moment) and my mind is telling me I have bowel cancer now and me too I get the hot flushes....sometimes like I am going to pass out...
