One red/pink dot won't fade

It's at top of thought near where I shave. I thought it was from shaving but it won't fade Noticed a red dot on inner thih that won't fade when I press on it? Looks like a capillary thing? Would they fade?

Sounds like a cherry angioma I have a bunch of them. With more popping up from time to time.
