Back again 'freckle' on sole of foot?!

Freaking out about melanoma. I do have a couple of small moles on palm that are fine but think this is new. Tried to get picture. Will see GP but can't get for few days. Does this look suspicious or like a verruca. There is a small pinprick for in the middle

This definitely looks like a verruca (obviously I'm no expert), I had one as a child and the distinguishing feature was a tiny dark dot in the centre. If I remember correctly it also hurt a little

The nurse couldn't really tell but said it didn't look like melanoma. I'm seeing a GP Friday though. It's not as raised as it looks there when my foot is flat.

I do have a couple of flat miles on my right palm but this is a new thing. Hopefully GP will rule out anything sinister. I'm going to ask to increase my sertraline, I don't think it works for me as well as citalopram but I'm breastfeeding so can't switch yet.

Cannot really tell by the picture if its a freckle or something else, but if it is a freckle/mole it is showing no signs of anything bad, see what the GP has to say and then just check it every few months for any changes etc
