Propanalol dosage.

So I take 10mg of propanalol whenever I need it, it helps a bit and stuff.. But if I was to increase thw dose to 20mg, would it help more? I heard lots of people on here say that 10mg is a tiny dose!

I take 20mg per day. It takes the edge off the anxiety without the side effects a higher dose causes me.

Oh yes. 10mg doesn't really do anything.

Why don't you try 15mg to start with?

How about 20mg split in half over 4 hours? Woukd that be a bit stronger than 10?
