I am 28yo, male, 5 foot 10 inches, and weight 213lbs. Should I be worried about Early onset pancreatic cancer? I see that some people die of it in their 30s and 40s.

No about 4 people our age diagnosed a year in UK so chances roughly 0.0001 or something. Feel better soon

No - you should not be worried at all.

Should I be worried about getting it in the next 5 to 20 years? Or is EOPC still rare even with early adulthood obesity?

Should you worry about being in a car accident or tripping, falling and injuring yourself or being mugged? The reason I ask is that you stand a better chance of those things happening as opposed to early onset pancreatic cancer. AND, you have control over it! Eat right, exercise, lose weight (DON'T SMOKE) and those chances decrease even further!
