Hi, does anyone know if you can have migraine behind your head as well as the front ?

yes you can, you can get a migraine anywhere on your head, including your face! :(

Thankyou for your reply ,I've been suffering with pain behind my head and sides and everyone tells me that migraine only effects the front and sides of the head

I had back pain and forehead pain headaches with visual auras from time to time, migraines.

If it's too long lasting, it could be a tension headache instead of a migraine. Back of the head is always back muscles tension headache for me. Either that or allergic sinusitis.
