Dizziness

I had a blood test last week after i went dizzy and fell on the road,ive just got my results back today showing that im vitamin b12 deficient,i do have a bad diet after losing my mum,has anyone else had this vitamin deficient? Its causing me fatigue and depression,i have to go back tomorrow for another blood test.

They will be seeing if you have pernicious anemia in the new blood test but even if you do this is nothing to worry about as they can give you vit B12 injections and you will feel a whole lot better.
Its incredibly common especially in anyone over 40 and more common in females.
