So I'm 36 and have noticed in the last month or so my short term memory is getting really bad. I can be thinking about something and a second later the thought has gone and I have no idea what I was thinking about...also twice I've got into my car and I can't remember where I was going, luckily someone was with me and reminded me as my mind had gone completely blank!
Then the other day I found a dirty fork that I'd put back in the draw after I'd just used it....can't remember doing it and I've never done that before!
I also can't seem to get my words out sometimes....I know what I want to say but sometimes some random word comes out
Ive also been getting one sided headaches and head pains
So obviously I thinking the worst...and scaring me
(I don't take any meds)
