New guy from South Wales

Hey guys, 26 from the South Wales Valleys, got diagnosed anxiety/depression which I'm currently taking and hating 50mg sertraline for. Very confident outside, semi regular self harmer inside. Never posted to a forum before but I'm all out of ideas at this point and besides writing a blog which I'm still half considering doing I thought I'd give this a go, hope you're all well.
