So i often use the Samsung Health application on my phone as a pedometer and i noticed that it came with a Heart Rate Measurement tool, I often check my bpm and i became pretty freaked out when i was laying in bed feeling pretty sleepy and it was at 46bpm, though during the day it often sits at 60 - 64 depending on what i'm doing.

Does anybody know if this tool is inaccurate? or should i start panicking :(

I wouldn't put much faith in it.
I have the same app and ended up uninstalling it.

Some people have naturally slow heartbeats. Mine is around 55 bpm at rest, and I'm unfortunately quite sedentary.

Slight bradycardia like that isn't anything to worry about if it causes no symptoms. Also keep in mind that your heart slows down dramatically when you go to sleep. In that light, this doesn't look like a cause for concern.
