i have severe anxiety health it all

any one getting panic attacks with sympthoms that make your anxiety 100 times worse even getting anxiety in sleep ,with a sharp pain in your heart or chest discomfort been to hospital 5 times 5 ekg blood tests chest xray all fine just wanted to no is anyone getting same fellings they drive me into severe panic thanks rodds:weep:

When my anxiety was severe I was having panics through the night too. I think this is relatively common. I'd get all kinds of random pains and chills and tummy aches too. The good thing is you've been checked out so its all horrible anxiety xx

Hey Rodds - Sorry to hear what you are going through friend. Yes there are many who have and are going through exactly what you describe. Hang in there. People get well for sure. Come here and learn and make some friends who are going through similar issues.
