Hi all
Here I go again. I do so well and then I have another blip.
Over the last couple of days I've been having tired, dry eyes. I work at a PC all day and of course I have a smart phone so use that more than I should too.
Today my eyes were extremely tired after work and now I'm
Feeling sickly too!! HA strikes and I'm thinking this is something dreadful.
I'm overdue an eye test so need to bite the bullet with that but keep worrying they'll find something horrendous.
And here I am on my iPhone again.
Just hoping someone has had something similar and can help calm me down.

Ps, also woke up with some dark dots in front of one eye, it disappeared within a few seconds after booking a few times. I'm thing probably some sort of floaters. I've had it a few times before especially if I'm tired. What are your thoughts on this too?
