I can't seem to go a whole day feeling good about not being ill.
Earlier today I was at the doctor and told him about my white looking tongue. He said it wasn't thrush, and something that will go away as it was due to anxiety.
Now tonight getting ready for bed I noticed a weird small rash on the inside of my arm. It looks like I have been scratched to be honest. It's red, but not raised. It's not itchy or painful at all either. Almost just like some bleeding under the skin. It's just there, saying "hello, you thought you could relax tonight but gotcha!"
Has anyone had something like this?
So worried as to what it may be. I doubt I scratched myself there because I was wearing long sleeves! I had blood tests done about a month and a half ago and everything was okay, apart from a slightly raised wbc count (that was actually down from the last time it was checked about a weeK earlier because I had sinusitis and was treating it).
(I mentioned the blood tests because I don't know if it was something that would have shown up there or if this could be something sudden)
