Chest pain when burping worried :/

Hey all,

I'm having a tough morning :/

I'm 29 and I've Been struggling with health anxiety for about two years now. I woke up this morning with indigestion after having some BBQ and a beer last night. Tried to be rational with myself and say it's what I had for dinner.

I started burping and got really bad chest discomfort. I'm no stranger to chest pain as its a primary symptom of my anxiety. When I burp I felt it in my back and my chest, it hurt and really startled me. It just feels different than usual. I've had all the tests possible in the last year. Numerous blood and EKG tests. All saying I'm good albeit being overweight.

Any advice? I'm really struggling here at work.

An OTC antacid/antigas and take it easy on BBQ and beer ;)

I appreciate the positive thoughts! It's hard when I let the anxiety fire run wild. I'm trying to lose weight because I'm so scared of heart attacks and such.
