Hi all,
Quick question regarding SSRI in general:
I'm in the early stages of taking venlafaxine (just over 2 weeks), which is only an SSRI at the lower doses, and have noticed a significant increase in feelings of dizziness. I get dizzy anyway with anxiety but this is fairly relentless and gets worse over the course of the day with evenings being quite bad.
I remember when I weaned off escitalopram/lexapro last year I got a lot of dizzy spells so am hoping this is just a start up effect. Similar effects going on as going off?
So I best ask a proper question: Has anyone else experienced this with SSRI meds during start up and is it likely to pass?
