Two weeks on 20mg

It is 2 weeks today since I upped from 10 to 20mg. I've had some good periods but this morning I feel deflated again and nauseated.

Is it still early days for the increase? I was on 10mg for 3 months prior to my increase.

Also it never feels like I've been asleep at night, even if I get a reasonable amount of hours in bed. Every night I have vivid dreams and seem to wake up exhausted.

I have them dreams they always wake me at silly hours and feel drained after hope ur well xx

It's driving me mad. Doesn't matter how many hours I get I still wake up feeling exhausted.

Last night it was a whole 7 hours of vigorous horse riding - I woke up knackered!

I never had problems wity my sleep and i get a good 7 hours but like you regardless of how much sleep i wake shattered and nearly always nod off through the day.. so annoying. I dont know how long the increase takes to work but im day for on 25mg and not feeling it at all.

Sounds like you are right in the middle of the side effects window Polly. Hang on in there girl!
