New to forum

Been suffering from pretty bad anxiety in the past month. Panic attacks, nausea, threw up a few times. I've always been an anxious person but when I got sick last month it kicked up panic attacks and other problems that I've never had before. My doctor has me on xanax which I don't like the idea of being on but at least it keeps me some what even. I know I'm not the only one who suffers with this which makes me feel better in many ways so when I came across this forum I signed up :)
