kalms or alternative

I been taking kalms for about a month. They don't seem to have any effect. Maybe they help a bit for sleep but can't be sure because I been having chamomile and horlicks too. Been sleeping better.

Any other recommendation for natural stress, anxiety or tension relief will be welcome. Thanks

I saw the rescue remedy stuff on here and tried it out. Not sure if it helped me to be honest but you can get it at most pharmacies and stuff.

I'm actually just about to try Kalms again :)
