Hi
Its been a while since I posted here and my HA has been much better.
However, I was on a crosstrainer machine at the gym on Friday and I started getting chest pains and feeling faint. I have felt a bit off over the weekend, and today I feel bad again and the pains are back.
The pain feels like a tightness sort of at the top of my tummy and also down my spine. I have horribly tight shoulders too which I think could be making it feel worse.
I just walked through town (it is very hot and lots of car fumes etc... and pollen high) and I needed my inhaler.
I am panicking thinking its my heart L What are the symptoms of heart trouble? I am slightly overweight (by a stone) and I drink a lot so I am worried I have heart disease!
I have called the dr and they are going to call back after 3pm and said if I get worse to go to a walk-in centre.
I have been generally anxious lately as I’m getting married in 2 months time so not sure if thats contributing.
Any support/advice appreciated
