An Introduction!

Hi All,
I'm new today and already really glad to have found this site! Always been a worrier, but had a recent health scare (ongoing), and panicked so much pre op that I have to go for an ECG to rule out heart problems. I know though it's anxiety!
it's a comfort to be able to see other people in similar situations!
