Suffer from severe health anxiety advise needed

Yesterday was a nightmare woke up with severe panic attack with pains in my heart as I went into total panic went to hospotial ran all tests EKG bloods chest xray all fine this is the 6 time this year I have went to hospotial with all clear results just seen my gp this morning says all these symthmons are coming form my anxiety would like to know do anyone else have these problem the pain in heart panic please let me know:mad:

Absolutely, I've had a head MRI, 2 ECGs and at least 10 GP appointments in the last 3 months. Always told its anxiety, once I allowed myself to believe it, it got a lot better.

Are you doing something or seeing someone about your anxiety?

Yes getting help from mental health group just these heart pains which have been cleared 6 times driving me into panic thanks
