Spot or something more sinister

I have a spot like thing behind my left ear just next to my hair line mid way up the ear and it is sore. I am worried it may be something bad does anyone know what it could be? Also a little bit lower from the ear on my neck I have another "thing" which is like the leftovers spot from chicken pox but more oval and this 1 is not painful. Starting to worry a little bit as I am convincing myself this is proof I have cancer and it has spread

Just watched this (link removed by admin as possible trigger) and the symptoms he describes at 2:24 are so vague like problems concentrating and migraines and the others i think I have most of those IM SO SCARED

As always, if you're not sure and you've discussed it with family/friends, ask your GP. We're not qualified to help with diagnoses, just to help support you with anxiety. I appreciate that it's frightening and I suggest you focus on tackling your anxieties which are making you check for any bodily changes which most people find normal.
