Hey so before I make this post I want to clarify I am 18 years old and I do go to the gym. I have had lump/some bumps in my left Bicep but only when I tense the arm. The bumps are not visible when my arm is not tensed. I'm worried this may be a Tumor or something and I really don't wanna go to doctors yet. If anyone can help me or has something similar thanks :D:)
