Weird chest pains are common in anxiety, they specially common when you're in very specific position. Your case seem to be a case of a specific position when swallowing water. 99% of the time they're benign. They could be pimples (yep, they can appear in any bodily tissue, even your insides), small inflammations (anxiety does increase inflammation response) or just weird swelling from the weird blood flow caused by anxiety (anxiety tends to concentrate your blood flow in your internal organs, which causes them to swell and then to compress each other a little in some positions).

If there's no other symptoms, this pain is benign and common.
