Can't stand this heat!!

I am really struggling in the heat.
I often feel lightheaded any way but this heat is making it so much worse.

It also makes me feel nauseous.

I am drinking plenty of water so don't think I am dehydrated, but I don't know what else to do.

I have work later which is hot physical work and I just don't know how I will cope.

Do you have a thermometer to check your temperature?

Anxiety can make you feel very sensitive to temperature, either heat or cold. Also, as you're a girl, it could be the normal hormonal chaos that is a woman's metabolism. I know my wife gets very intolerant to heat when she's close to her "monthly biological maintenance downtime".
