need advice please

ok i had my meeting today for help with my very bad anxiety and panic atacks i also cant leave the house alone and self harm ,i was told to try listening to music but they might not be able to help .hes coming back next week but i dont hold much faith in him i was upset what would you do

It's hard I know...anxiety is b**ch...but normally there is reason to begin with...I mean are you worried about health..daily life etc there is normally something good underlying to your anxiety..and talking about that is got a help you x
