Period is a week early - any concern?

I used to be pretty much around same day give or take a few whole on the pill but I came off it two months back. I should be due around 25,26 sometimes later but noticed it this morning. A girl at work is due, is that what they call 'syncing' or is that bs?

I wouldn't worry.
Have you considered charting your basal body temperature?
You'd know for sure, if a period is coming, if it's not, if you ovulated early, if you ovulated late.

I SO wish I would have started charting earlier in my life, it would have saved me a lot of anxiety.

I'm perimenopausal and my periods are all over the place - any hormonal changes (e.g. coming off the pill) can effect your menstrual cycle. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

I heard that syncing was an urban myth - communities of nuns have confirmed that they don't have synchronised periods.
