Back into work today, after 8 weeks out and felt not too bad. Got a meeting with my boss tomorrow. Body still felt tense/shaky but had a sort of a "couldn't give a shit feeling", not sure if thats good or bad! lol

When I first went back, after being off a year, the first week was the hardest but after 2 weeks I was back in a rhythm. Six months on and I was very confident again.

I hope it continues to go well for you. Expect blips, but that doesn't mean going off again as you will be mentally stronger.
