Hi everybody, just had a very stressful days and i am realing feeling everything today, i feel so overwhelmd with just a simple task to do i feel so exhausted and right away irritated.headaches,chestpain,body aches seems to got a hold on me, i am just wondering if this is still symptoms of stress and can it affect the heart in the long run? And anybody experiencing this could you kindly tell how you can get through it on a daily basis? I accompany my mom in the hosp and i can feel so sick so many symptoms i really am strugling right now...help i need someone to talk to
