Breathing difficulties

Had anxiety for last 5 months heart palps chest pain shaking etc but this afternoon I feel like I'm not breathing properly! I feel like I have to take a big breath in which is quite difficult and feel like I'm not breathing properly I can't stop worrying! Have the feeling of needing to burp aswell even thou I take tablets for acid reflux! Does anyone have any breathing difficulties? Last week had an echo done and results all fine

Also abit of wheezing aswell but I've had the wheezing for months now on and off

I've been having same Sort of Feelings past few days along with a lump in throat started after antibiotics for tonsillitis even took my self
Of to a&e today checked my vitals and throat and said I was fine to be honest he wasn't much help Even though he could see I was having a panic attack, it's awful
Isn't it living with these symptoms
