Hi all
I've been cycling most of the day, ate like a champ and felt great all day, and didn't panic about why i was feeling great i know that's common. I've enjoyed my day very much.
but these numb Lips are really freaking me out they feel cold but when touched by hand they're warm weird and it's been enough to trigger an anxiety attack numbness has the sensation has moved to under my left eye :scared15: deep down ⬇i know it's most likely anxiety but it's got its grip, like a battle going on in my head positive and negative colliding!!
Has anyone else experienced this and how long did it last for??
