Will this ever end! Breast worries

There doesn't seem to be any end to my breast worries..
I find something new to worry about on a monthly basis.
If it's not a lumpy feeling it's white discharge or I think the skin looks orange Peely. My latest one is what looks like a groove by my nipple on the Areola on one side.
Doesn't anyone get hyper aware?

I check constantly hoping they will look and feel normal.

I had the contraceptive implant for 6 years and now I'm worrying that has raised my risk as they say oral contraceptives do.

Anyone else suffering like this?

I have what could be described as a groove on my nipple, I've been told it was caused by a change in density.
