Ive come to the conclusion that i am on the wrong med! I am taking citolapram for anxiety, well when i say anxiety - i dont worry about whats ifs or really my health as such.. i just have physical symptoms that the doc says is anxiety.
It all started with not being able to get a deep satisfying breath which led me to trying even harder, which then resulted in my neck aching from tension and my arms aching and i guess this is where the exhaustion and fatigue comes into it. Im just not sure how anti depressants will take the physical symptoms away!
Ive decided to go back to docs and discuss weaning off it and see how i feel without cos when i didnt have it i struggled to get a deep breath but i did not have half the symptoms that i have now and i certainly didnt feel low or lack of motivation.. and everything i feel now is far worse than it was. Will keep you informed. x
