Serotonin Syndrome is uncommon but it is associated with combining agents that work with Serotonin. Singular use is unlikely.
Your dose is high but the spread of it changes the peak dosage. If the peak periods don't overlap, you never reach that dosage.

You would know if you had seretonin syndrome as you would be very ill!
