I generally cook meals from scratch for the family every day for many reasons.
Once a week or so we'll have a takeaway and I've noticed when we have pizza I tend to have noticeable adrenaline spikes for the next 24 hours or so. Not always, but quite often.
I'm ok with a sandwich etc, but I think having 3-5 slices of pizza is probably the gluten equivalent of 3-4 normal sandwiches.
It's not that it causes anxiety (which I've read about before) but seems to cause that butterfly/adrenaline/fire reaction in my belly.
Anybody else experience the same thing?
