Hey, ive been dealing with various anxieties over the last couple of maths the main one is still this bowel fear I wanted to know if it's posdibly my sleep pattern that causing my anxiety it's a bit all over the place atm last night 11 hours 12-11
And most nights 2-12 in the afternoon which makes me feel terrible when I do
This as its 10 hours plus but I just can't wake up in the morning and get out of bed it just feels too good to get out. Problem is I start panicking then that hangs the days gone and rushing around and generally feel shit.
How much sleep should I be getting ? I found on the rare occasion 2-10 is good 8 hours if I can get out of bed and feel a little bit better.
Also can a random cycle mess when you have a bm up?
