Cant sleep

For 2 hours now I have been sitting here with pain in my back and chest on both sides in the middle of the lungs (very uncomfortable) and also the right side of my jaw. I am worried what this could mean as I went cycling for the first time after a while yesterday but I do not feel the chest pain when I sit up so I dont know what this couild be but am scared its 1 of the scary muscle wasting diseases please help:weep:

I'm no doctor but for six months I've been sedentary because of health anxiety and lightheadedness. Yesterday I got some serious exercise and boy did my chest hurt. But only when I moved certain ways or took a deep breath. Likely muscular so I didn't freak out too much.

Don't get too worried but just be somewhat mindful of how you feel. Exercising after a long break can produce all sorts of sensations.
