Red spots on tongue

Hi all, I'm new here and I badly need some words of support. I am terrified of oral cancer at the moment. I was so tempted so google this but I decided to post here instead. Has anyone ever had tiny red spots on their tongue. I have about 2 on the left side of my tongue (I only noticed them by examining my tongue in a mirror). They look like blood spots but are only the size of a pin prick. Maybe I always had these, I don't know. But I'm freaking out now :weep:
Anyone any experience with this???
