hello everyone let first say what a great site to help support each other,my health anxiety is ruining my life at present , ive been to hospital 5 times this year all tests clear ,then when at home my health anxiety starts i am constanly body checking my mind fearing the worst a serious illness it seem never ending viscous circle i try to contol this with breathing excerises which helps my gp has me on lots of sedation tablets and i attend mental health group 2 a week was wondering is any one else going through this nightmare thanks rodds :weep:
