Hey, my sub mental nodes under my chin sort of keep going up and down that's if they are nodes im
Touching and when they do I keep freaking out everytime :(
If it is nodes I don't know what's causing it like after I come off holiday 3 weeks ago I could feel them quite hard immobile etc well I think they are the one underneath moves I think it's not as immobile. Then last week I could barely feel it it felt fine nice, soft and moveable.
Ive just touched it again idk why I think I must be trying hard to find something that's wrong with me anyway I can't think why it has come up a bit again. I have hay fever but I doubt that can cause it, and popped one little spot on my lip earlier I don't think that can cause it either.
IDk it's just weird how sometimes I can feel them then other times I can't and I panic Incase it's a mass or something evertime it comes up :( and it's going to grow :(.
