I'm so disappointed in myself as o was starting to do so much better lately. I've had the odd blip, but have been working and functioning ok on the whole.
The last few days my dizzy spells seem to have come back - I've been doing lots of typing this week in work and I know my posture isn't always great so my shoulders and neck do feel quite tense - also the weather has been extremely humid day and night and the pollen count pretty high- I wonder whether these things combined have set me off again feeling dizzy and generally yucky.
Anyone else suffering?
