So a little tmi but during a bowel movement today I felt a stinging like pain in my lower left stomach or around the left area of my stomach. Im positive I wasn't straining or at least trying to push during the movement so I don't what would of caused the pain. The movement itself was normal no blood or anything - could it be IBS? I currently still have a slight pain left over too.
