Hi im going to be flying from the UK to italy in august. I still get well panicky on flights/travelling and diazepam is pretty much the only thing that helps me. my question is would I be ok bringing a few diazepam tablets in with my hand luggage through UK security into croatia? I do not have a prescription and doubt i can get one. Im thinking just a few in their blister packs will be ok?? has anyyone had any experience with this? thankss

It's a prescription medicine, you'll be fine. I had lorazepam on my flight to China from the UK. No issues.

are you sure thats ok without a prescription? i mean obviously its "NOT OK" in law terms, but do you think it will be fine yeah? was your lorazepam prescribed to you?

Oh, well if it has not been prescribed and they check then it won't be fine. I missed the part in your OP where you said it wasn't on prescription.
