Is it possible to get through this without hospital?

Everyone I see around me with mental health problems end up in hospital for a short or long amount of time, I have been there once and never want to go back.. It is possible to get through general anxiety and panics without hospitalization right? :/

Yes it is as long as you are getting the right treatment/support.

Here in the UK it is extremely rare for someone to be admitted to hospital for anxiety or panic. I tried to get myself admitted back in January when I was really, really bad and they basically laughed at me.
