Anxiety

Health anxietywas doing very well , but today I had a small a stomach ache and of course I freak out. Of course I think of cancer and dying. Ugggg.

I sympathize as I've had nonstop anxiety for 2 months that hasn't let up. Hang in there; stomach aches are not uncommon and usually completely benign.
