I'm 25 and about 8 months ago I had my first panic attack, and this soon turned into agrophobia, which I have dealt with and do not suffer from this now.

This site is great. Has a lot of useful information, and has helped me so much already.

Now all I need to do is post 1 more message to start playing the games! :D
