Hi all, I had 2 vertigo attacks 2 years ago and ever since I have developed anxiety, worried that it will happen again. It hasn't happened since but now every so often I get a head rush sensation, kind of a dizzy feeling that lasts a few seconds. I had two today out of nowhere in the space of about 15 minutes while I was sitting having a coffee with a friend. I hid it and didn't react but my anxiety went through the roof in my head. Now i am home and just so completely anxious that it will keep happening again all day. I have had a virus the last week or so that I am getting over and my ears have been blocked so I guess this could have something to do with it but it has happened before when I haven't been sick too. Does anyone else ever have this?
